Military press, a newspaper serving active and retired military and Department of Defense workers for over thirty four years has commissioned a columnist Igor Frank and photographic journalist Ray Flores to report on boxing in Western United States.
With the long standing ties to U.S. military and a wealth of experience in photography Ray Flores is happy to take on a new challenge.” Service men have traditionally displayed aptitude and interest in fistic combat sports, “said Mr. Flores, who resides in San Diego suburbs with his family: I am happy to be able to be of service, especially during these difficult times.” Mr. Flores has been freelancing for various San Diego publications, as well as regularly contributing to popular boxing websites such as pound4pound boxing and fightfan.com.

Member of the board of directors of World Boxing Hall of Fame, Igor Frank has been a boxing reporter for Burbank Times for the past five years and a regular contributor to a 411 mania pop culture website.
